I have over two decades of experience as a non-denominational ordained minister, during which I counseled individuals, couples, and groups; facilitated retreats for hundreds of participants; and taught meditation seminars and workshops. Throughout that time, I learned to attune to each person’s unique experience and to support them through their healing and growth. Realizing I wanted to offer more, I spent several years dedicated to my healing—immersing myself in therapy, somatic work, Hakomi, meditation, and much more. From that journey, I developed the FAR‑IN Method: an integrative, body‑centered approach that weaves together the various modalities I’ve trained in and my lived experience.
